Invest in Leaders Who Will Serve Across Generations and Cultures
Help Central Seminary raise $40,000 by July 31 to launch the bilingual Chin and Kachin Master of Arts in Ministry program.
Help Remove Barriers to Theological Education for Chin and Kachin Leaders
Central Seminary believes God calls leaders from every language, culture, and community to serve the church with wisdom and courage. Many emerging Chin and Kachin leaders are ready to serve, yet face real barriers to graduate theological education—not because they lack calling or commitment, but because traditional models don’t reflect the multilingual and multicultural realities they navigate every day. Your generosity helps remove those barriers.
This fall, Central will launch the first and only bilingual Master of Arts in Ministry (MAM) programs offered in Chin and English and in Kachin and English. This program is designed so students can study, serve, and lead in the languages and cultural contexts that shape their communities. Your support tells Chin and Kachin leaders that they belong at Central exactly as they are, and that their languages, cultures, and identities are honored—not obstacles to overcome.
By giving today, you help prepare pastors and ministry leaders who can serve with theological depth, cultural understanding, and confidence in the languages that form their communities. Your gift has an immediate impact by equipping leaders who will preach, teach, and care for families in culturally meaningful ways right now. And your investment creates a long-term pipeline of faithful leaders whose influence will strengthen churches and communities for generations.
Central is working to raise $40,000 by July 31 to launch this program and expand access to theological education for emerging Chin and Kachin leaders. Your gifts are a timely, strategic opportunity to meet a real need, strengthen churches, and invest in leaders whose communities need them.
Thank you for helping equip leaders who will serve the global Church with wisdom, courage, and theological depth for years to come.
With gratitude,
Pamela R. Durso
